March impressions from Sorrento

With less than a week to go until Palm Sunday and the start of the Holy Week, this is what the flora in Sorrento and on the Coast looks like. March is generally camellia time. At the same time, mimosa blossoms, and you can detect the first buds of wisteria. These light purple colored buds shimmer in a greyish green, while red, pink and white camellia blossoms provide a colored contrast to the thousand shades of dark and emerald green of the spring gardens on the Coast.
